Mantra Mirror
By downloading, installing, or using Mantra Mirror ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Mantra Mirror is an affirmation practice app that uses your device's camera, microphone, and speech recognition to guide you through saying affirmations out loud. The App records video during practice sessions for your personal use.
You retain full ownership of every mantra you create and any video recordings generated during practice. Your content lives on your device and syncs through your private iCloud account. We do not access, view, or claim any rights to it.
The App requires camera, microphone, and speech recognition permissions to function. These are used entirely on-device for the affirmation practice experience. You may also grant notification permissions for daily reminders. All permissions can be managed through your device's Settings.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a personal affirmation practice tool. You may not:
The App offers an optional premium purchase handled by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not process payments directly.
The App uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data between your devices. The availability and reliability of iCloud services are governed by Apple's terms. We are not responsible for data loss caused by iCloud service disruptions.
The App records video during practice sessions. These recordings are stored temporarily on your device and cleaned up automatically when the App next launches. If you choose to share a recording, you do so at your own discretion through standard iOS sharing features.
The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services. Your content syncs only through your private Apple iCloud account, and any purchases are processed by Apple. These are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brutechild, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised effective date will be posted at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Brutechild, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
